Therapy for Teens
Come Back to Yourself
You belong here. Your voice matters. We're here to listen.
Find Your Voice specializes in therapy for teenagers. We see you. All of you. Whether you're navigating identity, relationships, school stress, grief, anxiety, or just trying to figure out who you are,we create space where you can speak freely and be heard.
This work is for BIPOC teens. For LGBTQ+ youth. For first-generation kids. For every teen who's been told to be smaller, quieter, or different. And for every teen, period.
FOR TEENS
Therapy isn't about fixing yourself. It's about coming back to yourself. The one voice you were taught not to hear.
You come in. You talk. We listen. Not to judge you or tell you what to do. We listen to understand and help you understand yourself.
We use evidence-based approaches like EMDR for trauma, cognitive behavioral work for anxiety, body-based practices for when words aren't enough. We meet you where you are.
If you're a BIPOC teen, we understand the specific weight of navigating systems not built for you. If you're LGBTQ+, you don't have to explain or justify who you are here. You just get to be.
What you say in therapy stays in therapy. The only exceptions are if you're unsafe or someone else is.
FOR PARENTS
Something's changed. Your teen is withdrawn, anxious, angry, or just distant. You want to help. You don't know how.
Therapy is the single most effective thing you can do: give your teen a trained, neutral adult whose whole job is to listen and help them build skills to handle what they're facing.
Your teen's therapy is their space. We don't report back to you or take sides. But we also understand you're part of their world. We offer family sessions when it makes sense, and parent consultations where we discuss what's happening without breaking confidentiality.
Our therapists specialize in adolescent issues: identity, peer relationships, school stress, trauma, anxiety, grief, sexuality and gender. We take insurance, offer flexible scheduling, and meet your family where you are.
First, there's an intake call. We ask questions, listen, and make sure there's a good fit. Then your teen meets with their therapist, usually weekly. Sessions are 50 minutes.
Change doesn't happen overnight. But it happens. Teens sleep better. They talk more. They handle stress differently. They feel less alone.
