Therapy for Black Women

You may look like you have everything under control, while inside you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, or like you are slowly falling apart.

Many Black women and women of color have been taught to carry more than their share, family responsibilities, emotional labor, caregiving, work, relationships, community expectations, and generational burdens. You may be the one everyone depends on, but that does not mean you are not tired. Strength should not have to mean silence, self-sacrifice, or carrying everything alone.

Therapy can be a space where you finally get to exhale.

Together, we will explore what you have been holding, what you have inherited, and what you are ready to release. Our work may include navigating anxiety, relationship stress, motherhood, life transitions, identity, boundaries, burnout, and the pressure to always be “strong.”

Our goal is to offer a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive space where you can reconnect with yourself, reclaim your voice, and begin creating a life that feels more grounded, peaceful, and aligned.

You deserve support, rest, softness, and room to be fully human.
