Introduction
“Mom of four. Nervous system protector. Direct, intuitive, and always down to use humor and truth to get to the root. I’m not just in this work—I live it.” Tyler Jasper
Hi, I’m Tyler Jasper (she/her), owner and therapist at Find Your Voice Counseling PLLC. I’m so glad you’re here. With over ten years of experience, I’ve helped people find their strength and break free from the pressures that often keep them from prioritizing themselves. My passion lies in supporting you as you heal from the burdens passed down through generations, while guiding you to uncover your inner voice and build resilience.
In our sessions, I create a space where you can be real—no judgment, just honesty and care. Whether you’re navigating motherhood, managing relationship stress, anxiety, or big life transitions, my goal is to create a space where you can be real, honest, and seen — celebrating your strengths while equipping you to grow in areas that feel challenging.
What clients say about me
Clients often describe me as caring, direct, and intuitive, with an ability for challenging them in ways that spark real transformation. They also say I’m funny, which I take as a compliment! I use humor and storytelling to make the healing process more accessible and relatable—because laughter can be a powerful tool in your journey. I bring the same honesty, care, and humor to my work that I bring to my life — because healing isn’t just about what happens in sessions, it’s about creating a sustainable, joyful way of living.
