Introduction

Hey, my name is Crystal and I can't wait to be a part of your journey. I believe we do our best to operate within our values, even if we cannot identify what exactly those are. I am here to help you understand your drives and motivations.Sometimes it can be hard to vocalize our thoughts to other people in the same way it feels in our head. In this space, we can work together to organize them in a way that represents you authentically.

What Clients Say About Me

I am often described as chill, humorous, and genuine. As I share the space with you, I will be authentically myself as I encourage you to be the unfiltered you. My goal is to help you move through the big and small challenges you face throughout your days. Clients often appreciate my flexibility in therapeutic approaches. I operate using a values and strengths based model to create improvements. I enjoy weaving the interests and talents of my clients into therapeutic interventions that are more sustainable while remaining authentic to you.
