Introduction
"Mom of four. Nervous system protector. Direct, intuitive, and always down to use humor and truth to get to the root. I'm not just in this work. I live it."
Hi, I'm Tyler Jasper (she/her), founder and Clinical Director of Find Your Voice Counseling & Consultation PLLC. I'm so glad you're here.
For more than 13 years, I've helped people find their strength and break free from the pressures that keep them from putting themselves first. I care most about helping you heal from the burdens passed down through generations, so you can hear your own voice again and build real resilience.
In our work together, you can be real. No judgment. Just honesty and care. Whether you're navigating motherhood, relationship stress, anxiety, or a big life transition, I'll celebrate your strengths and help you grow where things feel hard.
Why I Founded Find Your Voice
A long time ago, I watched women in my life have their voices taken away. When I founded this practice, I knew I wanted to help people come home to themselves, no matter what they're going through or what voices they're carrying.
Most therapy treats healing like self-improvement. We see it differently. Therapy with us starts with listening. Real listening. The kind that hears not just what you say, but what you've learned to hide.
Our whole team works from the same foundation: healing is a homecoming, not something you have to earn. We work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. We know the roles you've learned to play and how they protected you. And we know how to help you find your way home to who you really are.
How I Work
I'm caring, direct, and intuitive. I'll challenge you in ways that lead to real change. I'm also funny, and I use humor and storytelling on purpose. Laughter makes hard things easier to hold. I bring the same honesty and care to my work that I bring to my life, because healing isn't just what happens in session. It's building a way of living that feels sustainable and joyful.
