Finding Your Voice in Motherhood: A Support Group for Black Moms
Motherhood is a powerful journey — but it can also feel heavy, isolating, and overwhelming at times. As Black mothers, we often carry not only the day-to-day responsibilities of parenting but also generational expectations, cultural pressures, and the weight of always having to “hold it all together.”
This group was created to provide a safe, affirming, and empowering space where Black moms can:
Unpack generational burdens and explore how family and cultural narratives shape your experience of motherhood.
Prioritize self-care and healing, even when it feels like there’s no time for yourself.
Reclaim your voice and identity beyond motherhood — remembering who you are as a whole person.
Build community and support with other Black mothers who truly understand your lived experience.
