Led by compassionate therapists in Evanston, IL, these therapy groups focus on fostering connection, resilience, and emotional well-being. Insurances accepted: BCBS PPO, Aetna PPO, Cigna/Evernorth $30 per participant for self-pay.

  • Safety, Softness, and Slowing Down is a BIPOC-affirming therapy group that offers a culturally responsive space to rest, exhale, and reconnect with yourself. Participants are supported in starting to move out of survival mode and toward greater presence, self-compassion, and connection.
