Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I’m here to help make it a little easier. As the Intake Coordinator, I’ll likely be one of the first people you connect with—I’m here to answer your questions, help with scheduling, and guide you toward a therapist who feels like the right fit for you. My goal is to make your first experience feel comfortable, supportive, and straightforward—so you can focus on taking that first step.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from George Mason University and a Master’s in Forensic and Legal Psychology from the University of California, Irvine. This work is especially meaningful to me because I come from a multicultural background, and I know how complex those experiences can be. Being part of a practice that truly values and understands that is something I really appreciate.

Outside of work, I love watching true crime documentaries, cooking foods from different cultures, and spending time with my dog, Kano—who has a lot of puppy energy and keeps me busy!
